CSD offers “media free” point of use or small central “surface” grinding systems eliminating the manual shoveling of sumps or the bypassing of outdated rolled media systems. CSD offers both “media free” high speed centrifuge and barrier filters for the precision grinding markets. Options on both grinding systems include chillers, flush pumps, self dumping hoppers & flush filters.

CSD offers a complete line of EDM Filtration Systems including Wire, Small Hole, & Conventional EDM. CSD’s target markets in WEDM include sub micron Carbide cutting and Production cutting pre-filter systems. Small Hole EDM systems are complete dielectric systems, including conductivity / resistivity and temperature control options. Conventional EDM systems include pre filter, flush filter, and additional capacity for high amp burn applications. CSD incorporates the ABA Water DI resin / regeneration program on all WEDM & SHEDM applications.
